Each chewable tablet contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 100 mg, vitamin C (ascorbic acid from sodium ascorbate) 87.50 mg, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 62.50 mg, total vitamin C 250 mg, zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 3 mg, citrus bioflavanoids extract 5 mg. 2-8 years: Chew one tablet daily during or immediately after a meal. Contains soya beans, sucralose & sulfites. No added lactose, gluten, yeast or egg.

Directions and warnings
Child Dosage:
2-8 years: Chew one tablet daily during or immediately after a meal.
9-12 years: Chew two tablets daily during or immediately after a meal.
Or as directed by a health care professional. Do not swallow whole.
