About this product
A tablet carrying hops extract, passionflower extract and lemon balm extract.
Each film coated tablet contains hops (Humulus lupulus extract 50 mg) equiv. dry fruit 500 mg, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata extract 150 mg) equiv. dry flower and leaf 1.5 g, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis extract 33.33 mg) equiv. dry leaf 750 mg, magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 52.50 mg. Two tablets daily, one hour before bed. No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg and artificial flavours. The product contains soya beans.

Directions and warnings
Adult Dosage:
Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings:
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Contains soya beans.
Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
