Each chewable capsule contains CONCENTRATED FISH OMEGA-3 TRIGLYCERIDES 351 mg, containing:, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 35.11 mg, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (DHA) 165 mg, contains fish, phenylalanine, soya beans, sucralose and sulfites. 2-5 years: One capsule daily. Pierce and squeeze into water, juice or cereal. No added lactose, yeast, egg, artificial flavours or artificial colours.

Child Dosage:

6-12 years: One capsule daily. Chew the entire capsule or alternatively, pierce and squeeze into water, juice or cereal.
